Introduction: This Agreement is a legal document that sets out rules and guidance in relation to services offered by Malaysiansreunited. By registering to the service we provide, you agree to the terms of this Agreement, and you re-affirm that agreement every time you use it.

Memberships: People who register for the MalaysiansReunited Service and go on to become "Members", must be at least 21 years of age.

Members and potential members are welcome to browse the MalaysiansReunited Service, post their name and some other details in the schools and colleges which appear on the MalaysiansReunited Service, receive emailed messages, which will be sent to the email address which you detailed during registration.

Registration and membership: Registration with Malaysiansreunited is free however if you do decide to make contact with another fellow member then a membership fee is payable.

Membership: Members have access privileges of sending email to individual schoolmates via our site. The membership is £5.00 for a year. We reserve the right to change the amount we charge in order to cover our cost in developing and maintaining this site. Membership payments are non-refundable. Members may renew membership after the first year but this has to be done on your own accord, as we do not automatically renew membership. We reserve the right to change the layout and the service that we offer to benefit our members. Members should provide accurate information during registration.

Operation of MalaysiansReunited Services: We reserve the right to withdraw or modify certain aspects of our services from time to time due to circumstances beyond our control.

How information is used that is provided by members: Any feedback, data, answers, questions, comments, suggestions, ideas or the like, which you send to us will be treated as being confidential and can only be viewed by people who its to be intended for.

Monitoring of materials transmitted by you: We are under no obligation to monitor the material residing on or transmitted to this server. However, anyone using this server agrees that Malaysiansreunited.com may monitor the server contents periodically to (1) comply with any necessary laws, regulations or other governmental requests (2) to operate the server properly or to protect itself and its users. Malaysiansreunited.com reserves the right to modify, reject or eliminate any material residing on or transmitted to its server that it, in its sole discretion, believes is unacceptable or in violation of the law or these terms and conditions, these include foul language or language that intimidate other members.

Entire Agreement: This Agreement includes our privacy policy. Which should be read in conjunction to this legal document. A third party has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to rely upon or enforce any term of this Agreement.

Sever ability: In the event that any term of this Agreement is held to be invalid by any court of law, the remainder of this Agreement shall remain valid and enforceable.

Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Malaysia.
